Delivery Service
The following Terms and Conditions relate to all customers.

Standard delivery
Provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. (times shown are approximate) Items under 5.00 will be free delivery, we reserve the right to charge 2.50 to cover the cost of post and packing on each order you place over this value. Separate orders placed on the same day will be charged post and packing separately even if received in one parcel. Sign in/Register and go to View basket/Checkout to view the exact delivery charge for your order.

Supplementary Delivery Charges
It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page.

Next Day delivery
We offer a Next Day Delivery service which costs just 3.99 in addition to your normal post and packing charge, no matter how many items you order. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM. Orders that are taken after 2:00 PM will be delivered 1 day later.

How quickly will my Next Day delivery arrive?
We've included a table below to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day listed below.

Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered by the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.

Alternatives
If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price. Should this arise we will always contact you prior to sending the replacement item.

Delivery to a different address
We always send your first order to your home address, but if you ever need us to, we're happy to send any of your subsequent orders to a different address. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please contact Customer Services using the Contact Us page to notify us by email.

Received orders
Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 56 days of the original order date.
