What is Your Returns/Exchange policy?
Exchanges
Goods can be exchanged free of chare subject to a written confirmation by letter wihtin 28 days of purchase. Exchanges after 28 days will incur a £20 administration chrage. Goods can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. If the substituted item costs more than the original item you must pay the difference, including the administration charge.
We cannot despatch exchanged items until the original item(s) and full payment, where applicable, has been received by The Cats Whiskers. To request an Exchange you must return the goods, by Recorded Delivery, in their original packaging to the Cats Whiskers.
Refunds
You have the right to return any faulty goods within 28 days of reciept and a refund will be paid. All refunds will be made to the person who ordered the goods and the monies will be refunded directly to the credit or debit card. All refubnds are processed at month end and take between 5 and 10 working days to show in the purchasers account.
To request a Refund you must return the goods, by Recorded Delivery, in their original packaging to the Cats Whiskers.
All postal fees for returns or refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
